We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was perfect, and the hotel facilities were great. We also appreciated the convenient location, just a short walk to Siam Paragon shopping mall and other nearby malls. The staff were really good - attentive, accommodating, and always ready to answer our questions. The breakfast was superb and varied, and the transportation arrangements for our daily travels were seamless.
There was nothing we didn't like.

My family enjoyed the mouth-watering range of breakfast options with daily variations. the attentive and courteous staff ensured our stay was unforgettable. the location was an advantage as it was walking distance to shopping malls and the complementary buggy service provided was an added luxury. the cleanliness in our two-bedroom apartment was exceptional.

This hotel is truly luxurious, with exclusive amenities that fulfilled all of my needs. the swimming pool was a highlight with its stunning views and excellent service. In, room advantages included comfortable beds and high, quality toiletries. the restaurant was top, notch, offering a delicious menu and a lovely atmosphere in which to enjoy it. the bar/lounge area was also a hit, with great drinks and a friendly atmosphere.
the private facilities were not kept as clean as I would have liked.
