We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. We also appreciated the convenient location, just a short walk to Siam Paragon shopping mall and other nearby malls. The staff were exceptional - attentive, accommodating, and always ready to answer our questions. The breakfast was superb and varied, and the transportation arrangements for our daily travels were seamless.

The staff at Chatrium Grand were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They were always available to assist with any requests we had.
The cleaning staff seemed to rush through their tasks and missed some important details, such as refilling the toilet paper and attending to an overflowing shower.

This hotel is truly luxurious, with exclusive amenities that fulfilled all of my needs. the swimming pool was a highlight with its stunning views and excellent service. In, room advantages included comfortable beds and high, quality toiletries. the restaurant was top, notch, offering a delicious menu and a lovely atmosphere in which to enjoy it. the bar/lounge area was also a hit, with great drinks and a friendly atmosphere.
the private facilities were not kept as clean as I would have liked.

This made it difficult to contact the front desk or housekeeping.
